Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the AileCo mobile application ('App'), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the App.

2. App Description

AileCo is a mobile application that provides the following features:

• QR code scanning and tracking of SmartChain products
• Creating and managing digital business cards (V-Card)
• Creating and managing user profiles
• Activity tracking and logging

3. Account Creation and Security

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account
• Not use another user's account

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you may not:

• Use for illegal purposes
• Infringe others' rights
• Upload harmful or virus-containing content to the App
• Compromise the security of the App
• Scan the App or collect data using automated tools
• Gain unauthorized access to another user's account

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all content, design, logos, and trademarks belong to AileCo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use these materials without prior written permission.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload or create in the App (V-Card, profile information, etc.). You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe others' rights.

7. Service Changes

AileCo reserves the right to modify or discontinue App features or terms without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided 'AS IS'. AileCo does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. We are not liable for any indirect or direct damages resulting from App usage.

9. Termination

If you violate these Terms or do not use your account for an extended period, AileCo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.

11. Other Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. AileCo's failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
